Position: Regional Officer Compliance
Reporting to: Team Lead-Operational Compliance
Location: Lahore

Key Accountabilities
- Conduct KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new and existing clients in accordance with SECP AML/CFT regulations.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and provide clear guidance on required information and maintain professional communication to ensure timely completion of compliance required.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized compliance records and documentation.
- Assist in internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
- Review operational and KYC-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and strengthen compliance controls.
- Support internal teams with client onboarding and record management activities.
- Identify gaps and contribute to continuous improvement of compliance processes and workflows.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelors with 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
- Good Presentation & Communications Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
