BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co., is seeking qualified candidates to join as Deputy Manager HSE at Gharo plant:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in environmental or chemical engineering. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OHSAS preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in HSE within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations across all operations.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and training sessions to promote a strong safety culture.
- Oversee emergency preparedness plans, environmental protection initiatives, and contractor safety performance. Ensure safe, sustainable, and legally compliant operations throughout all project phases.
