𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁 – 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗿
We are looking for a Garment Technologist – Western Wear at Head Office, Karachi to ensure the technical development, fit, and quality of western garments from sampling to production, aligning product specifications with brand standards and customer expectations.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Garment Manufacturing, or a related field
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 3–5 years of experience as a Garment Technologist, preferably in western wear
- Hands-on experience in garment construction, fitting, and production processes
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Develop and review garment specifications including measurements, construction details, and finishing standards
- Analyze tech packs and provide technical inputs for product development
- Conduct fit sessions and ensure proper garment fitting for western wear categories
- Identify and resolve fit, construction, and quality issues during sampling and production stages
- Work closely with design, pattern making, and production teams to achieve desired garment outcomes
- Ensure consistency in sizing, grading, and product quality across all styles
- Approve pre-production samples (PP), size sets, and production samples
- Monitor garment construction, stitching quality, and finishing standards
- Liaise with vendors and production units for technical clarifications and improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical specifications, fit comments, and approvals
- Support in fabric and trim selection from a technical perspective
