𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿
We are looking for a strong profile for a Inventory Controller at warehouse, Korangi, Karachi to manage and control inventory records within the system, ensuring accuracy, real-time updates, and proper reconciliation between physical stock and system data to support efficient warehouse operations.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or system-based stock management
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system for all stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments)
- Ensure real-time updating of inventory data to reflect actual stock positions
- Perform regular reconciliation between physical stock and system records and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and highlight variances, shortages, or overstock situations
- Ensure proper documentation and system entries for all inventory transactions
- Generate and analyze inventory reports for management review
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and planning teams for stock accuracy and availability
- Track and follow up on pending system entries and ensure timely closure
- Support audits by providing accurate system data and reports
- Strong command of MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures and internal policies
