We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to act as a vital link between our customers and our internal compliance department. You will ensure the seamless exchange of information and maintain the highest standards of regulatory accuracy.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
*Liaison: Coordinate directly with customers to collect and exchange required documentation.
*Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal Compliance team.
*Monitoring: Track compliance processes and ensure all follow-ups are handled promptly.
*Verification: Review and verify documents for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
*Record Keeping: Support the team in maintaining up-to-date, organized compliance records.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences (required).
*Experience: Previous experience in compliance or customer coordination is a plus.
*Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
*Attributes: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
