Dewan Foods is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Bahawalpur region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth across the territory
- Manage and develop distributor networks to ensure effective market coverage
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards in the market
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitor activity
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in a similar role)
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
In-depth knowledge of the Bahawalpur market
Own conveyance preferred
