We’re Hiring: Shoe Merchandiser
DINERS is looking for a detail-oriented and trend-aware Shoe Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing footwear product lines in line with brand strategy and market demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the end-to-end merchandising cycle for footwear.
- Coordinate with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product development.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Develop seasonal product assortments and pricing strategies.
- Monitor stock levels and sales performance to optimize inventory.
- Ensure product quality, presentation, and brand alignment.
- Work closely with retail teams to ensure effective product placement and sell-through.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in footwear or fashion retail).
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
