Express Media Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced ‘Manager Legal’ to oversee litigation, contracts, and regulatory compliance. This role is suited for a proactive legal professional who can independently manage legal matters in a fast-paced, high-pressure media environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review, vendor, talent, and service agreements
- Manage ongoing litigation and liaise with external counsels on court matters
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and media industry guidelines
- Represent the organization in courts and attend hearings as required
Requirements:
- LL.B / LL.M from a reputable institution
- 2–5 years of relevant legal experience
- Must be an enrolled Advocate
- High Court license will be considered an advantage
