Position: Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Record daily receipts, payments, and journal entries in accounting systems.
- Manage supplier invoices and payments.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
- Monitor company cash flow and petty cash transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide documents and support during internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
- Assist management in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
- Graduate – B.Com, BS – Finance or Accounts
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Excel, SAP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
