𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting HR development initiatives, with strong expertise in talent sourcing, employer branding, performance management, & OD interventions.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- BBA/MBA in HR with 4–6 years of experience in the apparel and fashion industry.
