International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is seeking candidates for the position of “𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿” to be based in 𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Prepare monthly order summaries and develop optimized production plans, ensuring the best product mix for operational efficiency.
• Lead S&OP meetings to align production runs with customer priorities and urgency.
• Create machine-wise slitting plans at least 48 hours in advance, minimizing changeovers and maximizing machine utilization.
• Monitor inventory through Hold FG summaries and Total Material Working reports to prevent overstock and ensure target achievement.
• Plan and coordinate dispatch operations, manage export processes, and ensure timely shipment execution.
• Maintain and circulate accurate closing reports while ensuring compliance with IMS, FSMS, and ISCC documentation requirements.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Qualification: BS Electrical/ BS Mechanical/ BS Industrial Engineer
• Experience: Fresh Graduates

Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, Sheikhupura
Pick & Drop Facility (on specific routes) will be provided.
