Position: Senior Equity Trader – Online Trading

Location: Head Office, Clifton, Karachi
Reporting To: Head of Retail Trading

AKD Securities is seeking a Senior Equity Trader who can effectively apply their skills and trading expertise within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing in-depth trading analysis to the HNWI and retail clients.
To initiate with new business strategy which may include new HNWI & retail clients
Analyzed strategic risk assessment strategies to maximize portfolio performance and minimize downside exposure.
Analyzed and compiled major corporate news, earnings, economic data, and all relevant street research on the daily basis.
Requirements:
Should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field.
6-10 Years of experience as an equity trader.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Must be aware of trading Technical.
Should have a knowledge of Back office & CDC procedures.

Position: Senior Network Engineer – IT Department

Location: Karachi
Industry: Brokerage / Capital Markets
Reporting To: Head of IT

AKD Securities is seeking a Senior Network Engineer who can effectively apply their skills and expertise within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Architectures enterprises network infra-, WAN, VPN & Wireless.
Install configure & maintain Routers, Switcher, Firewalls auto failover.
Implement & manage network security IPS, VPN access controls.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, support and disaster recovery site.
Plan future network expansion & infrastructure upgrades.
Requirements:
Must be bachelor’s graduate
Network protocols & technologies.
Switching & routing security technologies.
Network and cyber security depth knowledge.
3-5 Years’ experience Required
Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
