Position: Officer – Customer Services (Females Only)
Location: DHA Phase 12 EME, Multan Road, Lahore
Salary: PKR 40,000 + Commission

Ideal Candidate
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in online sales, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
Qualification: FA / BA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online customer inquiries and provide prompt professional support
- Promote company products and services across digital platforms
- Process orders and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Achieve monthly online sales targets
- Engage with new and existing customers via phone calls
- Generate and track sales leads
- Maintain records of customer interactions and lead conversion status
