WE ARE HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all the hotel’s departments.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals to the hotel’s staff and ensure their completion.
- Address guest complaints and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the budget, including expenses, revenue and resource allocation plans.
- Create and implement sales plans to increase hotel revenue by targeting key markets and customer segments.
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in ‘Hospitality Management’, ‘Business Administration Marketing, or a related field is required.
Experience:
- 8 (Eight) years of experience in the management of renowned organizations from the hospitality industry, with exposure to a managerial role.
Location:
- Faletti’s Express (Shimla Hill) Lahore.
