We are hiring Textile Designer!
Sefam is looking for a creative and skilled Textile Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in textile design and a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop innovative textile designs in line with brand aesthetics and seasonal trends
-Create and execute designs involving hand embroidery, hand stitches, and hand painting
-Work closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility
-Research trends, color palettes, fabrics, and surface design techniques
-Prepare design sheets, swatches, and artwork for sampling and production
-Ensure quality and detailing standards are maintained throughout the process
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design or a related field
-3–5 years of relevant experience in textile design
-Strong expertise in hand embroidery, hand stitching, and hand painting techniques
-Good understanding of fabrics, textures, and surface development
-Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
