📌 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
🔹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
- Lead IT business growth and strategic partnerships
- Manage key accounts and client relationships
- Oversee proposals, bids, and commercial strategy
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams
- Support business development and client acquisition
- Conduct market research and client follow-ups
🔹 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and solution designs
- Support bidding and RFP/RFQ technical responses
- Conduct technical presentations and discussions
- Liaise between sales and engineering teams
🔹 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿
- Manage servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
- Ensure system security, backups, and uptime
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Maintain system documentation and compliance
🔹 𝗔𝗠 𝗛𝗥 (𝗢𝗗 & 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲)
- Manage performance management systems and KPIs
- Lead organizational development initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and performance data
- Support talent development and workforce planning
