Responsibilities
· Reviewing customer aging report and stopping overdue parties’ dispatches.
· Checking/preparing party remittances and updating daily recovery report for onward submission.
· Posting of recovery incentives.
· Mail to Area sales managers of their concerned parties pending payment above 30 days from due dates.
· Customer balance confirmation.
· Inventory adjustments
· Fixed assets addition and disposal
· SAB Management Accounts
· Annual audit of the accounts.
· Withholding income tax working weekly.
· Issuance of shop invoices.
· Monthly summary for sales tax return filing of Shoe Shop
· Income tax notices working.
