Position: Assistant Manager Procurement – Raw Materials
About Job: Manage end-to-end procurement of critical raw materials. Execute cost-effective sourcing strategies to ensure uninterrupted, approved-quality supply. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers. Maintain accurate records (POs, contracts, performance). Work with Production for forecasting, inventory control, and JIT delivery. Coordinate timely deliveries, resolve supply issues, update daily reports, and ensure timely invoice submission to Finance.
Salary: Competitive Salary will be offered.
What we are looking for: Proficiency in MS-Excel is mandatory. Strong analytical, negotiation, and supply risk management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities for managing supplier relationships. Minimum 3 years in Procurement, with 2 years focused on raw material sourcing in manufacturing/FMCG. Proven track record in strategic sourcing, cost reduction, and managing complex supply chains.
