Job Title: Asst. Engineer-Equipment- Coal Mining Industry
Job Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Engineer-Equipment to join our Equipment Department at the Tharparkar site within the coal mining industry. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of mining equipment and machinery. Your role will involve ensuring operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and adherence to safety standards to support smooth mining operations. Note: Candidates from Tharparkar will be given to first priority
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for real-time monitoring of the daily operation of diesel generator sets to ensure that all parameters meet technical standards;
- Carry out operations such as starting, stopping and load adjustment of the units in accordance with operating procedures;
- Timely discover and report operational abnormalities or potential faults, and take necessary measures to ensure the stable operation of the units;
- Strictly abide by and supervise the implementation of safety operation procedures to ensure production and personnel safety;
- Record and analyze equipment operation data to provide technical support for equipment maintenance and improvement;
- Be responsible for filling in and organizing the operation logs, fault records and various technical data of the units;
- Establish and improve ledgers and archives to ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the data;
- Cooperate with the temporary tasks and adjustments arranged by the superior department to ensure the coordinated operation of the units;
- Assist new employees in pre-job training and technical handover to enhance the overall business level of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years’ or above experience in Diesel generator operation or maintenance.
- Knowledge of mining equipment, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently in remote or field locations
- Nice to have certain knowledge in electrical and mechanical fields.
- Proficient in English, and Chinese will be preferred.

Job Title: Assistant Engineer – Mining – Coal Mining Industry
Job Overview: Seeking a skilled and experienced Asst. Engineer Mining to join the team at the Tharparkar coal mining industry. The role involves overseeing mining operations, including planning, design, and execution, to ensure efficient extraction of coal resources while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing construction units to implement safety regulations, strictly implement the “Coal Mine Safety Regulations.”
- Assist leaders with coal mine production and plans, and coordinate subcontracting units and power plant business coordination.
- Responsible for coal mining, peeling production, drying, coal handling, and water supply equipment to operate production dispatch management, as well as engineering quality standard management and assessment work.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly production plans and special production planning plans.
- Participate in the preparation and revision of the rules of the open-pit mine.
- Responsible for supervision and guidance of engineering construction supervision on the implementation of the production plan at the production site.
- Coordinate professional and technical departments to solve technical problems, formulate solutions, and continue to optimize the plan.
- Participate in rescue and investigation of various types of production safety accidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mining or related field; Additional Certifications like Sirdar’s Certificate or any are a plus.
- At least 03 years’ Experience in mining industry, prior to have similar role within the Mining or Natural Resources Sector.
- Have Command on SURPAC, Mine3D or any related Software skills,
- Proficient in English, and have good Communication skills
- Competent for the production management of open-pit coal mining
- Tharparkar or nearby residents will be given priority
