JOB SUMMARY: To take care of the media presence of Ziauddin Hospital on social media, increase penetration & perform community management in a way to bring the predetermined brand penetration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead & Coach digital media team and coordinate with Creatives.
- Decide on the media budgets according to the strategic goals of the organization.
- Implement assigned KPIs and KRAs as per the overall brand experience.
- Update, maintain and analyze social media content across all channels of communication to bring desire results.
- Increase in different set matrices like reach, recall, convertibility, CTR, and other metrics and prepare reports periodically.
- Analyze competitor social media activities and suggest way to counter them.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
- Sound knowledge of key tools & metrics of social media including Google ads, Meta, X.com, Snapchat etc.
- Increasing organic & paid reach of social media content.
- Fluency in English & understanding of social media language and jargon.
- Proven record of establishing or enhancing a brand architecture on social media.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s (Business or Creative design)
- Professional Qualification: certification/Diploma of Google/ Meta/ Professional institute
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of Experience. Proven record of handling multiple digital media platforms
NOTE: This is full time ONSITE position.
