Job Overview: The role ensures denim products meet required quality standards across all production stages through effective inline, end-line, and final inspections. It oversees the implementation of quality control procedures while identifying, segregating, and resolving non-conformities. The position conducts root cause analysis and drives corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeat issues as well as collaborates with production, QA, and technical teams to enhance overall product quality and process consistency.
Essential Requirements:
- Preferred Education: Bachelors in in relevant field
- Minimum Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
Core Competencies:
- Continuously evaluating and improving quality control procedures, identifying areas for optimization, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the QMS (Quality Management System)
- Preparing reports on quality performance, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and contributing to the development of quality metrics
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues, using data-driven approaches
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
