JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Support the Innovation Lead in departmental operations and ongoing projects.
- Supervise and mentor MTOs to ensure smooth task execution.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Generate and evaluate innovative ideas for new products and services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project collaboration and execution.
- Explore applications of AI and digital tools for business improvement.
