Ismail Industries Limited is looking for a results-driven and strategic professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This role will focus on managing and growing our large modern trade accounts, ensuring sales growth, profitability, and in-store execution excellence across the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow large modern trade key accounts, achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Oversee distributor operations, including investment planning, expense optimization, timely execution, stock management, and market credit recovery.
- Develop and execute joint business plans and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate agreements on terms, promotions, and activations.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising compliance in stores.
- Coordinate with supply chain and trade marketing to ensure flawless execution.
- Track account performance, monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Train and manage a team of order bookers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in FMCG sales, account management, or trade marketing.
