Transworld Home is looking for a skilled Customer Experience – QA Trainer to help elevate our service quality and build high-performing customer-focused teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and update training content
✔ Deliver QA and communication training (inbound calls, interaction handling, etc.)
✔ Coach teams using best practices, frameworks, and market insights
✔ Evaluate performance and share weekly feedback with management
🔹 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
💼 2–3 years of relevant training/QA experience
🧠 Strong presentation, communication & analytical skills
🔥 Ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly
