WE ARE HIRING HR EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end HR operations and Recruitment, including employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files. Ensure accurate and timely payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management. Support performance management processes, leveraging data analytics for insights and improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies. Handle employee queries and grievances, providing HR support for day-to-day operations. Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs, ensuring legal compliance (labor laws, EOBI, social security, etc.). Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations and process improvements. Support training, engagement activities, and HR reporting for management.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field from PU, LUMS, LSE, GCU, UET, FCCU, FAST University. 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles. Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems. Knowledge of Power BI and other Data Analytics & Visualization Tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
