- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for leather materials in alignment with company objectives and production requirements.
- Identify and evaluate potential leather suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to secure favourable terms while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance, making informed decisions to mitigate risks and optimize procurement processes.
- Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships to minimize costs and maintain uninterrupted production.
- Lead procurement team members, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Job Responsibilities:
1)- Supervise testing activities, coordinate ISO efforts, and ensure the safety of the laboratory environment.
2)- Enforce the usage of personal protective equipment and verify the accuracy of testing results.
3)- Drive operational change and provide training for moulding and finishing departments.
4)- Ensure material compliance and monitor defects in B Pairs.
5)- Improve the performance of the quality department and implement AQL 2.5 standards.
