𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Master degree is a plus.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
1–3 years of experience in a data analysis, business analysis or similar role.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
- Work closely with the CEO to provide timely and impactful analysis on business performance, opportunities and risks.
- Collect, clean and organize data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, operational databases & financial systems).
- Create insightful reports, dashboards and visualizations that communicate trends and findings clearly.
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and other departments to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvement actions.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by the CEO or management team.
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in identifying patterns and trends.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts); experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred.
- Understanding of ERP and CRM data structures.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership of deliverables.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling concepts.
- Proficient in presenting insights through clear visualizations and written reports.
