Job Description
- Design and deliver technical and soft-skills training tailored to automotive teams including technicians and sales staff.
- Conduct hands-on and classroom sessions while assessing training needs and tracking program effectiveness.
- Lead training team, ensure continuous improvement, and align training with industry trends and company goals.
- Customize training programs based on the specific needs of different teams such as technicians, engineers, service advisors, and sales teams.
- Analyze and assess technical training needs at various levels of the program. Prepare, control and track training budget.
