Executive – Plant Maintenace
Join our team
We are looking for a skilled and proactive candidate to join our team in the automotive manufacturing sector. The role involves leading and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. The candidate will oversee the installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of various machines, instruments, and equipment. Maintaining accurate records of equipment and maintenance activities, as well as training employees on equipment use and maintenance procedures will also a vital part of this role. Additionally, the candidate will conduct condition surveys and life cycle costing of plant infrastructure and services, contribute to performance and cost improvement initiatives using maintenance software tools.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics).
Requirements: • 03 – 05 years relevant working experience. • Preferably command on PLC/HMI programming & Trouble shooting. • Excellent analytical/observational/Troubleshooting skills and report writer (RCA/MCR/KPI/daily reports ETC). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
