WE ARE HIRING We are looking for HR Business Partner
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Qualifications
- 5-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in agribusiness or healthcare.
- Bachelor’s preferably Master’s in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Knowledge and skills
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR operational frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to work in field environments and manage discipline proactively.
- Willingness and ability to frequently visit farm located in Pattoki.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRS systems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;
- Act as a strategic partner to business leadership on all HR-related matters.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices at the farm and head office.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet operational demands.
- Maintain discipline and compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and code of conduct, particularly at the farm.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management with professionalism and integrity.
- Support performance management, learning & development, and engagement initiatives.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to the Senior HRBP.
- Facilitate change management, succession planning, and culture-building efforts.
