We are looking for HR Business Partner Based in Karachi

Qualifications

5-6 years (Post Qualification) experience in FMCG, retail or similar fast-paced environments
Masters or equivalent HEC recognized degree in HRM

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
Solid understanding of HR practices, employee lifecycle, and labor laws in Pakistan.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

To assist in achieving departmental objectives through; Collaborating with functional leaders to identify HR priorities aligned with business objectives.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
Lead and support talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the right talent is hired across functions.
Implement and monitor performance management processes, employee engagement activities, and development programs. Advising managers on HR policies, best practices, and employee relations.
Support organizational change initiatives and HR project rollouts.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture, values, and employee experience through internal and external channels to attract and retain top talent.
Analyze and report on HR metrics to inform decisions and improve HR effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
