EDUCATIONAL / SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors / Masters from a reputable University
- 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of parking facilities, managing staff and ensuring efficient traffic flow at Dolmen City
- Monitor parking occupancy and manage peak times to optimize space utilization
- Address and resolve customer and tenant complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage teams and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of parking facilities to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of parking equipment, and collaborate with security and operations teams for effective surveillance and emergency response.

Job Location: Dolmen City, Clifton – Karachi
EDUCATIONAL / SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors / Masters from a reputable University
- 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience in managing fire safety systems and compliance for large real estate projects
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement fire safety measures for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
- Create and regularly update Fire Emergency Evacuation Plans and Crisis Management Plans for the Project
- Ensure compliance with NFPA Code during design, construction, and renovation phases of real estate projects
- Oversee installation and maintenance of fire protection systems, including alarms, detectors, and sprinklers, per building standards
- Conduct building audits, prepare reports for management, and provide recommendations based on NFPA and OSHA standards
- Perform site visits across various properties, including high-rise buildings, commercial spaces, and residential complexes
