Head of Electrical Design (Power Transformers)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and manage electrical design team for power transformers specifically tailored for international markets.
- Study and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and main tenancy requirements of the design. Â
- Pre-qualification for business in foreign countries for their utilities as well as private customers.
- Ensure that designs meet the technical standards and regulatory requirements of target export markets (e.g., IEC, ANSI/IEEE, etc.).
- Mentor the team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and ensure effective collaboration within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience, in the transformer industry.
