Position: Marketing Executive
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintain strong liaison with business partners and clients. Looking after the corporate houses and build good relations with trade and commercial organizations. Build relationships with customers and help to establish business connections for the airline.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Conduct market research and build a solid pipeline of potential clients for ticket sales.
• Engage with clients to build lasting relationships and maximize sales from each assigned account.
• Develop and implement local marketing techniques using the latest communication technologies, including email, online platforms, social media, CRS, CRM, and direct mail.
• Create and manage segmented customer and trade databases and mailing lists.
• Manage and coordinate presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Consistently meet targets, KPls, and sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Perform customer ticketing activities and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Manage station sales by developing business plans, strategies, and policies related to sales, promotions, and flight load optimization. Monitor agents and corporate sales for the assigned area
• Develop B26 and B2C sales plans for different segments such as leisure travel, business, labor, and religious groups.
• Manage day-to-day financial and budgeting activities and prepare reports for informed decision-making. • Coordinate with government and private institutions for contracts and approvals.
• Oversee GDS tasks, including reducing GDS wastage costs, managing ADM and ACMs, and resolving GDS-related agent queries.
• Develop digital media strategies and tactics to enhance the company’s reputation.
• Evaluate sponsorship proposals and coordinate/manage 360-degree activities related to sponsorships.
• Develop strategies and promote e-commerce platforms.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Professional communication skills used with Clients and agents .
- Should be frequent in Chinese and English language skills used with Clients and agents .
- Should have good Excel and presentation skills.
- Working on software such as GDS , Any PSS , Sale force would be preferred .
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED : Minimum 16 years of formal qualification.
