Hascol Petroleum Limited is seeking an Installation Manager in its Operations Department at Machike.
𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
To ensure safe and secure installation operations, product filling and receipt operations & accounting, installation housekeeping, and maintenance, Staff HR, liaison with internal and external bodies, HSE Security, Administrative, and other functions.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: B.Sc. / B. E or Equivalent degree
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Installation Managers: minimum 12 yrs. relevant experience preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of OMC Terminal Operations, MS Excel, ERP Systems for operations, and Staff Management. Must possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills to develop a strong and varied network of contacts across the industry.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Development and Implementation Standard Operating Procedures with regard to Order Shipment Cycle and Claims Settlement
2) Preparation and Tracking of Sales Support and Sales Operations Annual Budgets
3) Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports and Dashboards for Sales Team and Senior Management for identifying opportunity areas and data driven decision making
4) Following up with CSD for timely Dispatch of Orders & Stock Movements
5) Checking and Timely Settlement of Sales Team Field Expenses & Petty Cash
6) Daily Coordination with Demand & Supply Chain Planning team for product availability, stock allocation
7) Compilation of Secondary Sales Data with regard to SKU wise Daily Sales & Distributor On Hands
8) Settlement of Distributor Claims after verification of required approvals & supporting documents
9) Processing of Final Settlement of outgoing Employees & Distributors as per defined protocol
