Position: Deputy Manager | Sr. Deputy Manager – PPC
Responsibilities:
· Make appropriate selection of production order, ensuring high operational efficiency
· Ensure seamless communication throughout the Supply chain (Sampling / MCR / MMC / Fabric / Production)
· Manage WIP by proper balancing of Fabric / Cutting / Stitching / Finishing
· Ensure OTIF to be more than 90%
· Maximize the output by optimum planning of resources
· Ensure that Cut Plan is prepared after verifying cutting approvals, exact fabric arrival date and receiving date of before wash accessories.
Qualification & Experience:
At-least graduation degree (preferably Masters) in Textile Engineering
For DM:
Minimum of 5 to 6 years relevant textile industry (garments manufacturing company) experience.
For SDM:
Minimum of 6 to 7 years relevant textile industry (garments manufacturing company) experience.
