Position: Assistant Manager – Compliance & HSE
Responsibilities:
· Customer Compliances & Governance
· Manage Customer Social & Technical Audits.
· HSE / EHS & Risk Management.
· Identify and address compliance issues proactively.
· Excellent knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
· Effective Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Qualification & Experience:
· Graduation degree (preferably Masters)
· IOSH or NEBOSH Certification
· Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant textile industry (garments manufacturing company) experience.
· Basic Understanding about certifications scope (such as ISO-14001, GRS, WRAP, OCS, GOTS Oeko-tex, OEKO-TEX STeP etc.)
