Sarena Textile Industries (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a source for its (Apparel Unit).
Position: 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐔𝐓𝐘 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐑- 𝐇𝐑 “𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐘𝐄𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐃𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘 & 𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍”
(𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞)
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Graduation/ Masters- in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 5 to 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐬 & 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬: All benefits like Provident fund, Monthly/Annual Leaves, Leave Encashment, Bonus, Health insurance, Group Life Insurance, EOBI, Pick & Drop, Subsidize food etc and market competitive salary will be given to the selected candidates.
