Position: Purchase Officer – (Printing & Packaging)
Education: Intermediate / Graduation / Equivalent
Experience: 3+ Years (printing and packaging)
Location: Quaid e Azam Industrial Estate , Lahore
· Source and procure packaging & printing materials such as boxes, cartons, labels, and other related items from reliable suppliers.
. Evaluate supplier options based on price, quality, availability, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to obtain the best possible deals.
. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine packaging & printing requirements and specifications for various products.
. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchases, and deliveries using inventory management software.
. Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain disruptions to make informed purchasing decisions.
. Regular vendors visit to verify the order processing and resolve their day-to-day issues for material and quality.
. To ensure on-time delivery, VDN and claim management as per assigned targets.
· Review purchase reports and make daily plans
· Weekly reports of pending orders to the line manager
