Job Title: Officer QA (Switching, Authentic, GPS, Patches)
Function: Software Quality Assurance
Qualification: Bachelors (4 Years) in Computer/Software Engineering from HEC recognized university
Location: Karachi
Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferably in financial services/payments industry.
Job Responsibilities:
· Primary responsibility is to ensure quality products are delivered to the customers.
·Ensure test related issues & customer feedback are promptly resolved effectively.
·Ensure smooth testing of different products and services.
·Read & create test cases to perform different testing.
·Ensure timely completion of testing/certification & response to clients.
·Identify & resolve issues/bugs and support clients during certification.
Job Requirements:
·Knowledge of payment switches, web services – SOAP/REST APIs
·Working knowledge of ISO8583 and its variant.
·Certifications experience for Global Payment Scheme – VISA, MasterCard, UPI, JCB
·Knowledge and expertise of Tokenization, Ecommerce (3DS), CMS.
·Analytical and problem-solving skills

·Ensure smooth testing of different products and services.
·Read & create test cases to perform different testing.
·Ensure timely completion of testing/certification & response to clients.
·Identify & resolve issues/bugs and support clients during certification.
Job Requirements:
· Working knowledge of BPS message specification SPMI & Webservice.
·Working knowledge of Bill Payment architecture, Settlement process, logs validation and trouble shooting.
·Certifications experience of banks and biller’s configuration, testing and reporting. Also having expertise of APIs configuration/testing/troubleshooting.
·Experience of patch/release deployment and testing.
