YKK Technologies Jobs Receptionist:
We are urgently looking for a “receptionist”.
This position will be based at our factory located at Karachi Export Processing Zone, Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi.
The following are the requirements for this position:
- To attend and welcome visitors at front desk.
- To receive and transfer incoming calls and Keep its record in register.
- To monitor PABX exchange performance.
- To maintain & update staff extension list and staff telephone directory.
- To receive and send mail through courier.
- To maintain mail dispatch register of TCS and DHL / visitor’s registers
Qualifications: Must be a graduate.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in a relevant field.
