Position: Business Development Officer / Project Management Officers
Location: Islamabad (Head Office)

Job Summary:

1. Work with commercial team for new business processes and development.
2. Analyze and design business plans.
3. Ensures, defining and meeting Service Level Agreements with relevant stakeholders.
4. Responsible for implementing new technologies and systems
5. Plan and perform various test cycles of business according to the new technologies.
6. Work with other business system analysts and the development team in converting the business solution into technical designs
7. Create and manage documentation as appropriate related to creation of desktop manuals, test scenarios, test conditions, and test scripts.

Qualification & Experience:

1. BS Electrical Engineering, or related technical field with MBA project Management / PMP.
2. 3 to 4 years industry work experience including Call Centers, Software House or IT House.
3. Strong Project Implementation/Maintenance skills.
