We are a fastest growing Textile Company which exports woven textile made-ups, mainly bedding products manufactured at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities-weaving, processing and stitching. We are among the top 25 bedding exporters of Pakistan.
JOIN OUR TEAM AS... MANAGER-I.E.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the Industrial Engineering function across manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement productivity improvement initiatives to optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Establish and monitor Standard Minute Values (SMVs), line balancing, capacity planning, and production targets.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
- Conduct work, time, and motion studies to enhance operational performance.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable process improvements to maximize throughput.
- Support new product development, process standardization, and factory layout optimization.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant Industrial Engineering experience within the Home Textile manufacturing industry.
