SENIOR MANAGER, INTERNAL AUDIT
UNICOL Limited, a joint venture company is looking for a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Senior Manager, Internal Audit for our Head Office based in Karachi:
Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for:
- To execute a comprehensive internal audit plan covering operational, financial, and compliance audits.
- To supervise and coordinate audit activities across the different divisions of the company.
- To provide technical guidance to the teams.
- To identify process improvement opportunities, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- To present audit findings and risk assessments to senior management and the audit committee, with actionable recommendations.
- To monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions along with follow up.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be ACCA / CA (Finalist) / CIMA / MBA (Finance)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 – 4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of internal audit practices, risk management, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.
- Candidate should be open to frequent travel as per job requirements.
