Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger).
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is correctly recorded in the financial system.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Assist in managing the company’s bank accounts and ensure timely payments and receipts.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, financial regulations and tax laws.
Gender:
- Male Preferred
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Fresh to 1 year
Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Skilled in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial data entry and reporting.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
