Responsibilities include:
- This position assists in customer relationship management of nationwide dealership operations at IMC
 - Evaluates dealership performance as per IMC standards i.e. TDSP
 - Ensures timely provision of relevant CR training and coordinates for resolution of identified gaps
 - Improves CR processes at dealerships through innovation and standardization
 - Calculates departmental cash flow and allocates resources within budget limits.
 - These responsibilities are carried out with the objective to ensure dealership CR process innovation and improvement in customer service operations for maximum customer satisfaction and timely achievement of team/departmental objectives within the company’s established practices and policies, departmental objectives and directions/guidelines from the supervisor.
