Responsibilities

Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan for local and international market
Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns (locally & international)
Enhance performance of international markets to boost international sales
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics such as (ad optimization tools, AI based tools, advertising mediums, etc.)
Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
Allocate budgets, analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
Optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROAS and efficiently scale advertising campaigns
Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
Requirements

Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, include affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels
Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google analytics experience
Candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations

Strategic Skills Required:

Source and implement the most effective keywords, measure keyword performance and optimize campaigns based on them
Manage ad placements, target the relevant interest and topics and use Google’s in-market audiences for search ads
Use multi-touch attribution to track touchpoints across the funnel, which will help maximize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign effectiveness
Develop hypothesis and perform A/B (or multivariate) testing to recommend optimizations
Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers
Explore new marketing opportunities such as social media channels, apps, ad formats, etc.
