Education: Bachelor’s in BBA, Finance, or a related field
Experience: 2 – 3 years in a relevant role; telecom experience preferred

JOB TITLE: Senior Executive Operations
LOCATION :Karachi – PK
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Tracking and follow-up for customer billing and receivables
- Maintenance of customer records, sales, and revenue numbers
- Interact with key account managers for customer documentation, new leads, & related follow-up.
- Support processing and negotiation of customer agreements in coordination with account managers, legal and sales teams
- Assist with the development of plans and initiatives for billing related matters / commercial operations
- Analysis and Issue resolution – support for tracking customer billing issues with options for resolution
- Knowledge of the telecom / ICT market, related products & services
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- Strong billing/finance related background and written/verbal communication skills
- Good computer proficiency, presentation skills and analytical ability
- Team player & strong interpersonal skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Four-year bachelor’s degree BBA / Finance or related subject (MBA is a plus) or Equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a related role, experience with a telecom service provider is preferred Apply
