Location: Karachi Head Office
We’re looking for a Junior Performance Marketer with a strong interest in digital advertising, data analysis, campaign optimization and performance driven growth. The role involves supporting paid media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, testing audiences and creatives and optimizing campaigns to improve sales, ROAS, CPA and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, launching and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates
- Support prospecting, retargeting, remarketing and audience segmentation strategies
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop and test performance focused ad creatives
- Conduct audience, competitor and creative research to identify growth opportunities
- Support A/B testing, website performance tracking and tools such as Meta Pixel, Conversion API and product catalogs
- Prepare performance reports, extract actionable insights and stay updated with platform and advertising trends
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media or related field
- 1 – 2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing preferred
- Hands on understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and numerical mindset
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast paced, performance driven environment
