SITUATION VACANT: Online applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Merged Districts for the post mentioned below, as per Govt current Policy.

POST 1

Name of the Post: Field Assistant (BPS-09)
Distribution of Post: 03 Nos. Minority Quota
Age Limit: 20-32
Required Qualification / Eligibility Criteria: (i) At least Second-Class Secondary School Certificate (with science) from a recognized board, and (ii) three years Diploma of Field Assistant from a recognized Agriculture Training Institute
Domicile / Quota: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Selection Board/ Selection Committee of DGSWC-KP. If any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment and Selection process, he/she shall be disqualified.
All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
Interview call letters will be issued to eligible shortlisted candidates only.
Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or application submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
Relevant experience with the Government/Semi-Government will be considered.
Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
In case no suitable candidates are available against the above-mentioned quotas; the posts will be filled from the list of eligible shortlisted candidates/open merit; the relevant quotas will be carried forward (as and when become vacant)
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
Errors / Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

HOW TO APPLY

Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates’ personal information) will be generated.
Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easypaisa app or Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
After online apply, don’t send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 28th September, 2026.
Last date for submission of online Application is on 14th October, 2026.
Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.

POST-TEST INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES

This section is only for those shortlisted eligible candidates who qualify ETEA Screening Test.

To confirmed/ review your eligibility as per advertised Required Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria.
Duly submit the attested copies of all the documents/ testimonials, experience certificates, updated CV/resume, copy of CNIC, 02 Passport size photographs and all other supporting documents to be sent to Directorate General Soil & Water Conservation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Agriculture Service Academy (ASA) Campus, Opposite Islamia College Jamrud Road Peshawar within fifteen (15) days after the result declaration by ETEA for scrutiny and further process. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
The mention documents to be sent by registered courier company, those received after due date and incomplete information & lack of testimonials will not be considered at all.
Clearly mark the position applied for in the Subject line/Envelope and shall send separate application completed in all respect/envelope for each post.
Unclaimed qualification and experience will not be accepted/counted. Claimed Qualification and experience without supporting documents/documented proofs will also be not accepted/counted.
Only Eligible/Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Shortlisting shall be carried out on the basis of selection criteria.
Candidates mentioning wrong information including domicile or Zone or Age or qualification or experience while submitting application and documents will be declared as “Concealment of fact” and will be strictly dropped out at any stage of the recruitment and selection process.
